1. What are the sizes of clothes which correspond to the individual clothing size labels?
Sizes of individual types of clothes are presented in the table of sizes, which is available on each item’s page – in order to see it, click the ‘Table of Sizes’ link situated next to the fields by means of which you define the colour and size.

2. Can the Slower clothes be tried on before making a purchase?
Unfortunately not. Sales is provided only via mail-order.

3. What is the total cost of the order?
The total cost of the order consists of the prices of products ordered and the shipment cost, which depends on the country of delivery (it is calculated during the order placement process).

4. What is the shipment cost?
The shipment cost depends on the country of delivery and is calculated each time during the order placement process. The list of basic rates is available below:

5. I cannot find my country on the list of possible countries of delivery. How can I place my order?
Please, select ANOTHER country as your country of delivery. Next, send a message to slower@slower.it providing name of the country, to which the order is supposed to be sent in its content, which will allow us to calculate the shipment costs to your particular country.

6. Can I pay by cash on delivery for the order?
Such possibility exists only for the orders, in case of which Poland is the country of delivery.

7. To which countries is it possible to send the order?
Usually, orders are realized in the largest European countries, however, if a given country is not present on the list of delivery countries available during the order placement process, please contact us at slower@slower.it, which will allow us to calculate the shipment costs to your particular country.

8. Is it possible to change the order before it is sent?
There is a possibility to change the order before the payment is done. After the payment is booked on our bank account, it is no longer possible.

9. When can I make the payment?
Payment for the item should be booked on our account within 21 days from the moment of placing the order. After this period, the order will be cancelled.

10. What are the available methods of payment?
We offer the possibility to make a standard bank transfer as well as an electronic online payment by means of a credit card. In the case of clients from Poland, the cash on delivery option is also available.

11. What are the transfer details of the company, to whose bank account the transfer for purchased products should be sent?

The following details should be included in the title of the transfer:
- order number
- name and surname of the person who placed the order (or name of the company)

12. Will I receive any document confirming the transaction after the purchase?
Along with each product purchased, there is a VAT invoice sent, which constitutes a proof of purchase.

13. How are the orders delivered?
- The orders are delivered by the agency of the DPD courier company. The shipment takes place within 3 working days from the moment the payment is booked on the bank account or within 2 days after the order placement, in case the cash on delivery payment option was chosen. The standard time of the order delivery is 72 hours from the moment of its shipment. In exceptional cases, the time of delivery can be longer, about which the client will be informed via electronic mail.

14. What are the terms and conditions of complaints and returns of goods? 
Potential damages that occurred during the shipment process should be immediately reported to a person delivering the order and a representative of the company, who is the Slower store’s operator, should be contacted. Writing down the “damage protocol” in the presence of a courier company’s employee is a sine qua non for examining the complaint concerning damages which occurred during transportation. 
According to the Act of March 2, 2000 on Protection of Certain Consumer Rights and on Liability for Damage Caused by Dangerous Products (Journal of Laws 2000, no 22, item 271), the client shall have the right to withdraw from the concluded sales agreement within 10 days from the delivery of goods. The product returned must be sent back along with the declaration of the withdrawal from the agreement and be in an undamaged, original manufacturer’s packaging. It should also be complete and not show any signs of use.
The entire liability for a safe delivery of a returned product to the warehouse of m-Project Sp. z o.o in an intact condition shall be borne by the Client. Return orders can be realized exclusively by insured courier shipment, which provides the possibility to examine the product in the presence of a courier. Other return orders will not be accepted.
m-Project Sp. z o.o. shall have the right to refuse to accept the return in case the product is damaged during transportation or to reduce the reimbursed value of the product by the value of damage. In such case, a damage protocol will be written down in the presence of a shipment company’s employee and the Client shall have the right to claim the reimbursement of the lost or damaged value from the shipment company that delivered the product.
The store guarantees the return of the sum equal to the cost of the product reduced by delivery costs.
