§ 1. Parties of transaction

1.Slower online shop conducting mail order sales of clothing products of the Slower brand.
2.The purchasing party in the Slower shop is an adult natural person or a company, hereinafter called the Purchaser.
3.The selling party in the Slower shop is:

§ 2. Subjects of transaction

1.Subjects of transactions conducted by the Parties on the Internet are products listed in the offer, presented at www.slower.it in the time of placing the order.
2.Prices of all products in the offer of the Shop are stated in Euro.
3.All products in the offer of the Shop are new and covered by a full manufacturer warranty, unless in the offer it was stated otherwise.


§ 3. Placing orders

1.Placing orders in the Slower shop is done by filling in appropriate order forms at www.slower.it.


§ 4. Confirming orders

1.Each order placed in the Slower Online Shop has to be confirmed by the Purchaser.
2.The confirmation of the order is done by confirming the e-mail sent from the Shop.
3.The order may be cancelled if there is no reply to the confirmation sent through the e-mail in 5 business days from the day the order is placed.
4.With the moment the order receipt is confirmed a product sale agreement is made between the Purchaser and the m-Project sp. z o.o. company.


§ 5. Methods of payment

1.The payment for the ordered goods can be made through:
- a transfer prior to the delivery of goods – the m-Project sp. z o.o. company issues a pro-forma invoice against which the Purchaser performs the payment,
- a credit card or payment card (Visa, MasterCard) – an on-line transaction via the eCard S.A. card authorization centre.
2.In case of a payment made through a transfer, the pro-forma invoice will be sent to the customer via e-mail.
3.In case of selecting the bank transfer as a payment method, the customer should ensure that the amount of money that is to be sent to the bank account of the shop will exactly equal the order value and will not be decreased by the commission of the bank that performs the transfer. The information on the amount of the transfer fee can be obtained from the bank that manages your account.
4.The execution of an order begins as soon as the bank account of the m-Project Sp. z o.o. company is credited with the amount due.
5.In special cases, regarding for example orders of a very high value, a pre-payment may be required. The amount of the pre-payment is determined individually for a given order, and the payment is made on the basis of a pro-forma invoice.


§ 6. Order fulfillment time

1.The order fulfillment time is dependant on the availability of the given product in the warehouse of the shop.
2.The order fulfillment time is a time from the confirmation of the order to the moment of sending the delivery to the customer; only business days are taken into consideration.
3.An order consisting of several products of different fulfillment time is being sent after completing the whole, that is after the lapse of the longest time given.
4.The m-Project Sp. z o.o. company reserves a right to prolong the order fulfillment time in case of a temporary shortage of the goods in the warehouse. In such a case the Purchaser will be immediately informed of this fact.


§ 7. Delivery of goods

1.Deliveries of products ordered in the Slower shop are executed within the European Union.
2.Deliveries are executed by an insured courier mail.
3.Approximate values of the fees are calculated by our system and shown when placing an order.
4.Delivery receipt from the courier company has to be confirmed in writing. At the moment of signing the receipt the ownership of the goods as well as all the risks related to its possession and usage, particularly the risk of loss or damage, are being transferred to the Purchaser.
5.When receiving the goods the Purchaser is strictly obligated to check if the parcel is free of damage resultant during the transportation and if its content corresponds with the order.


§ 8. Complaints and returns

1.Possible damage resultant during the delivery should be immediately reported to the person delivering the order and the tradesman of the company being the operator of the Slower shop should be immediately contacted. Consideration of the complaint regarding damage resultant during the transport depends upon drawing up a shipping damage report in the presence of the courier company employee.
2.The Customer has the right to withdraw from the sale agreement in 10 days from the product delivery date. The returned product must have its original undamaged manufacturer packaging, should be complete and cannot show traces of use.

The money for the goods will be returned in 10 business days through a bank transfer to a bank account specified by the customer. The expenses incurred by the customer that are related to delivering the goods to the warehouse of the m-Project Sp. z o.o. company, when exercising the right to withdraw from the sale agreement, are not a subject to return. We also inform that we do not accept any deliveries returned to us as COD.


§ 9. Privacy protection and other rights

1.Placing an order is equivalent to a consent to store and process the personal data included in the order by the m-Project company, ul. Sybiraków 10, 05-500 Piaseczno, Poland.


§ 10. Final provisions

1.All information regarding specifications of products come from the materials published by the producer. The Slower shop reserves the right for possible mistakes.
2.Any issue not agreed under the herein document shall be subject to appropriate law regulations.
3.By placing an order the Purchaser accepts the above-mentioned Terms and Conditions.
